Last but not least i would have to say the best total body workout with a guarantee that you'll see results would without a doubt have to be P90X it's a collection of videos that covers every part of your body and will completely kick your you know what! The best place i have found to buy it would be off EBay used or new it is still significantly less then if you buy it off the P90X Internet site.
 Good luck this next week trying out some of these new innovative workout videos and remember to go slow and only do what you can. The people on the videos are professionals so don't feel like you need to be as good as then just pace yourself and keep up the good work!
